Thiago Silva – The Brazilian defender joined Chelsea in a free transfer from PSG at the start of the season. He helped them reach two finals in the season, FA Cup and UCL. Defeat in the FA Cup finals against Leicester City and a win in the UCL against Man City.
Ederson – He was in charge of the goal for Man City. He played an important role there and made excellent saves during the season. He had the most number of clean sheets in the Premier League, for which he won the Golden Glove.
Andre Silva – Not able to succeed in the Serie A and La Liga, he moved to the Bundesliga. Last season, he scored 28 goals in the German League and made ten assists.
