UEFA Champions League Betting Scenario

Matchday 4 will be very exciting as the clubs intensify the fight for their qualification to the knockout stage. Let’s have a look at the situation in all groups.

UCL Group A:

Napoli thrashed Ajax with an incredible 1-6 victory on the road. The odds for another Italian victory in the 1×2 markets are 1.61, and in case that happens, Ajax will probably say goodbye to the Champions League as Liverpool is expected to beat Rangers once again.

UCL Group B:

The most fascinating group of the season so far – underdogs Club Brugge are leading the group with 9 points, and they may confirm their qualification to the next phase of the UEFA Champions League if they win on the road against Atlético Madrid. The odds might not be on their side, but they are on a winning streak and have collected 9 out of 9 points so far in the UCL. If there’s a winner in the game between Bayer 04 and FC Porto, they can qualify with a draw against Atlético in Spain.

UCL Group C:

Barcelona has a key match against Inter. If they beat the Italians that are 2nd in the group with 6 points, they’ll also reach 6 points. If they lose, they’ll probably say goodbye to the UCL 2022/23. The odds for a victory of Barça in the 1×2 markets are 1.43 on average right now.

UCL Group D:

Anything could happen in this group as no team has won more than 2 games, and 3 out of 4 teams have only won once. All teams need points, which means it should be an exciting round. The lowest 1×2 odds are the ones for the victory of the hosts. Sporting has odds of 2.21 in their game against Marseille, while Tottenham has odds of 1.54 to win against Eintracht Frankfurt.

UCL Group E:

Another levelled group like Group D. But the lowest odds in this round are the ones for the victory of the visitors. Chelsea travels to Italy to face AC Milan, with odds of 2.36 to beat the Italians on the road. The Austrians of RB Salzburg have currently 1×2 odds of 2.54 to win in Croatia against D. Zagreb.

UCL Group F:

Real Madrid will travel to Poland to face Shakhtar Donetsk on a neutral field due to the war. The Ukrainians need points more than the Spanish side. The Germans of RB Leipzig also have chances of qualifying for the knockout stage. Celtic may have had some hope to avoid the last place in the group due to the problems of Shakhtar Donetsk, but the brave Ukrainians may qualify to the Round of 16!

UCL Group G:

Manchester City should win comfortably on the road and confirm their qualification. Dortmund has odds of 1.54 to beat Sevilla and confirm the qualification by the end of matchday 4 too.

UCL Group H:

Juventus needs to win in Israel to have a chance to qualify in the last 2 rounds of the group stage. The Italians have odds of 1.80 to beat the Israeli on the road.
